These special carbon impregnated Air Filter Pads help to prevent dust and toxic fumes from the air being sucked into your pump. Examine regularly for dust build-up and replace when necessary.
For normal use replace every 3 months. In very dusty or smoke filled atmospheres more frequent replacement may be necessary.
To replace the air filter, disconnect airlines, turn off pump. Prise the pad from the pump base using a blunt instrument such as a screwdriver. Insert new Air Filter Pad.
