Filter Mat Wadding 42in x 21inPond Filter wadding from Kockney Koi has been especially constructed for use in external biological pond filters. Pond Filter Wadding is available in two sizes 17" x 11" and 25" x 18". The filter wadding should be placed in the final stage of your pond filtration to trap fine particles, or on top of the media in the final chamber of the filter, ensuring the water flow is downwards through the wadding. Filter wadding is ideal to use if your pond water is cloudy, murky or green. The filter wadding works very quickly to enhance the clarity of your pond water. This product will require cleaning on a regular basis and will need replacing when the structure of the wadding breaks down (replace every 1-3 months on most garden ponds). Please note that the filter wadding can be cut to any size to fit your filter.
